Volvo Cars Pioneer Valley is seeking an experienced car salesperson to join our dynamic team. As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand and promote the features and benefits of each vehicle on the lot
• Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale
• Follow up with Customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a car salesperson
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Be committed and want to make $80,000 - $120,000/year
• Say yes to no more hard selling or cold calling
